H-P Deskjet D1660 on Windows 7 (64h). requires power off/on before doc in buffer will print (387 Views)

H-P Deskjet D1660 on Windows 7 (64h). requires power off/on before doc in buffer will print

Will not print first doc until printer is powered off and back on.

Will not delete first doc in buffer.

Must power the printer off then on for doc to print.

After first doc is printed, other doc's within several hours will print normally.

 

This is the second H-P priter I have with this problem. I have lived with it for over a year now.

 

I have updated the drivers, but last two tries indicate I have the latest software.
