HP 470 BT Windows 7 install

Having difficulty with Windows 7 install of this printer. Have previously installed it successfully into Windows 7, but this laptop isn't loving it.

 

Printer drivers are installed - prints okay with USB,  Blue tooth working on laptop to cell phone and causes activity on the HP 500 BT dongle, bluetooth sees the device, adds the printer as a bluetooth device but Windows considers the device 'off-line' all the time. If I do a search using the properties I get dongle led activity but never see the checkbox that would allow me to select what resource etc.

 

Have tried hooking up with no PIN #, and the default 0000 - no difference.

 

Have deleted, rebooted and reinstalled several times -

 

Anybody have an idea of what I might try next? Personally, I suspect a registry related issue here but no clue where to start looking. The two devices are hand-shaking up to a point but Windows isn't closing the deal and making the resource available.

i have a window 7 i can not install cd off hp officejet h470wbt
