I have been trying, both in IE and Firefox, to install the HP Bing toolbar and Smart Print, but am being told that the Bing toolbar is already installed. Yet, when I go to toolbars, it does not show as an option to select. Any idea what is going wrong?

Hi,
Download and install Revo Uninstaller from the link below.
http://www.revouninstaller.com/download-freeware-v
Run revo and see if it detects the Bing Toolbar. If it does, right click on the icon of the program you wish to remove and select Uninstall. During the process you may be asked to delete registry entries, just select all and then click delete. Do the same for any left over files and folders. Once the uninstall has completed, reboot the PC.
