Hi,
I have the HP C4280 and yesterday I updated it to run with my windows7, everything went well, but now when I try to scan a document it seems to go fine and tells me that it is in the Scans folder, but when I go to that folder nothing is there? can some one point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Tim

I bought a new computer with windows 7 and have an HP Photosmart C4280 All-in-one printer/scanner/copier
The version an the C4280 does not have Windows 7. How do I upgrade the C4280 to Windows 7?
Thank you.

Helo dch977,
You can get updated drivers for Windows 7 by using the tool available from HP called the HP Printer Install Wizard.

Hello emmarch45,
Are you trying to edit the printed area?
You can add or remove areas by selecting (left-click and drag) the area you want to add/remove. Alternatively, you can drag the corners or edges of the selected areas. Smart Print will adjust the printed area accordingly.
There is a FAQ on the Smart Print software available on the download page for common questions.
