HP Officejet 4500 all in one

No matter how much I try I cannot download the driver software from the site. I keep getting an error 1603. I've also went to the page to resolve the problem and it constantly comes up. Can anyone help?

Sorry to find out that you are experiencing this issue.

Ok the error ou are recieving is due most of the time to a encryted folder  read more here
