My mom just purchased a Photosmart C310a printer. She put her SD card into the printer and she was able to print multiple pictures on one page. After several pages, the printer just automatically started cancelling the print jobs.
So she called up support and she was told that her SD card was not compatible with the printer. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense she was previously printing out pages. Now she plans on boxing it back up and returning it to Best Buy because it will not do what she needs it to do, which is to print pictures directly from her SD card.
What SD cards are compatible?
Has anybody else had this issue?

The C310a specifications above list the SD and SDHC cards.

Hi Ophia,
Before doing that try te following if possible. Transfer all the pictures of the card to a computer. As soon as the SD card is empty, format it. Transfer the pictures back to it and try printing again. If it still does not work, try printing one of the pictures that printed before. If those do print there might be something wrong with the picture files, think to big, corrupted and so on.
