If you are unable to print while online
Go to Internet Explorer Tools
On the Tab select Programs
Then click on the Manage add-ons button
Make sure Toolbars and Extensions is selected on the left
Scroll down on the right side and look for Hewlett Packard
Check for Add-ons related to printing such as SmartWeb Printing
if the status is disabled right click and set the option to Enable or highlight the Add-on and select Enable on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Close out the Manage Add-ons Window and Internet Explorer Tools Windows
Try printing again
Another option is to temporary disable Protective Mode in IE9 to see if it will allow you to print
