HP Smart Web Printing (print is to small)

You are shouting at the wrong company. It is HP who needs to update Smart Web Printing for Windows 7. Since they have not seen fit to tackle the task in the last year, I think you can assume that HP has abandoned the program. Stupid, but that is the way it goes in the computing world sometime. Smart Web printing was a GREAT little program and fulfilled a definite need.

Yep, no question it's HP.  I don't even *like* the 'Smart Web Printing', and it uses up wa-a-a-a-a-a-a-y too much computer thinking on my old XP

There is no solution, as far as I can tell.  I've tried everything that everyone here has suggested with no help.  I am totally unable to use MapQuest or Google Maps, because I can't read the print outs.

Why did they update my driver anyway?  I didn't ask for it, and don't like the thing.

I signed on to this board because I have the same problem with the print being too small to read. However, I am amazed that there are 3 pages regarding this problem and HP has not answered at all?!?! Or am I just not finding their responses?

You fully grasp the situation. It has become obvious that HP has no intention of developing the required update.

I guess the situation begs the question as to why they brought the program out in the firstplace.

how do i make the printed page font the same as the original?
