Am wondering if anyone has had a problem with their computer rebooting in the middle of a print job while on the internet?
I have a brand new HP Photosmart 6515 e- all in one with the wireless features turned off. Thanks.

Hello.
It would help knowing which Operating System you are using with your printer. It would also help knowing how the printer is connected with the computer.
Cheers!!

My computer, w/ Windows 7 reboots itself when I'm printing something on the internet. My HP printer is connected to my computer with a USB cable. It doesn't reboot everytime I print, but 5 or 6 times an eight hour day. Thank you for any help.

Hello LMCea19.
Maybe you could try the following:
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
2. Simulate you want to print something and check if the computer reboots.
Cheers!
