Turn off duplex in the printer options then it will print envelopes correctly. Wierd I know but it worked for me.

I had to go one step further. The attention light on my printer lights up when I click print. I had to push the Go button. The printer then prints out the envelope.

I too had this problem and couldn't find any solution until my Techie friend Pam discoverd that I had to install a driver for Windows XP in order to print envelopes. Once I did that, now I can print just fine. So if you did not install your CD that came with your printer, try that and hopefully this will fix your problem. Good LUCK!
