How to cancel HP SMART WEB PRINTING?

Smart Web Printing pops up each time I want to load Explorer 9, and I CANNOT CANCEL IT FROM CONTROL PANEL!!! How do I cancel it? This is driving me CRAZY POPPING UP ALL THE TIME!

My hp deskjet 2183 prints so fast it cannot print properly.How can it be fixed?

Why does this popup keep appearing can it be uninstalled or do i need it?

I was going to uninstall the ptinter and re install but it doesn't appear in the control panel.

I am on windows Vista and not very experienced.

It may be a virus if you find odd things happening like windows explorer not working properly, weird security pop up's and scans showing awful (fake) things occuring to the computer.

There is a virus I just removed from a friends laptop that masquerades as HP smart web printing - she downloaded a IE toolbar add on.

I disabled the toolbar add on and had to remove it with Revo Uninstaller from the link below.

It was so wrapped up with the hp files it removed the HP splash page when the computer would start up as well, but it works ok after that.
