Can someone help me, I have downloaded the smart print program but when click on the smart print icon nothing happens.

I cann't activate smartprint,it's telling me i already have it,but i cannot find it.unless it's been deleted and it's hiding somewhere.where else can i look for it?

According to the web page:
Smart Print works on Windows XP SP3, Vista and Win 7 and currently supports only Internet Explorer 6.0 and above.
With Internet Explorer open, (at least on my computer) I have a blue and green icon (on the right side near the Help icon) that looks like a leaf which shows/hides Smart Web printing. It will open a sidebar section, with options at the top.
I am a support engineer for HP.

Okay, are you talking about the Icon within Internet Explorer? Or somewhere else?
