I cannot download a pdf doc help

Having trouble opening pdf the screen is just blank

Hi,

 

Firstly can you see something like these for PDF files under Windows Explorer ?

 

acrobat.png

 

Right click one file, click Change, select Adobe Reader on the list, click OK then Apply.

Open file again

 

Other option is to reinstall Acrobat Reader
