I cannot print from a web page at all.

Info - I have a HP Pavilion HDX9000 Notebook PC  64 bit computer

Windows vista ultimate sp2  64 bit

Printer is a HP Officejet J4680 series

No New installations and did an HP evaluation on the printer and connections to Pc and network are OK.

Problem - Cannot print anything from a web page but can print a preview with only page 1 at the top and the date at the bottom. Can also print from MS Word and any other program.

As a go around to my problem I loaded Bing bar with the HP smart print 1.1.1.0.  But when trying to activate it from your web page an error occured while attempting to read from the file ;  C:\users\Paul\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet.

I looked and i do not have that file -( temporary internet.)

My printer is HP Photosmart C4650 Series. I can print from everything but the Web. I don't get an error message or anything it just will not print.

I'm using Windows 7, it had been doing fine than it just decided to quit printing from the web.

I cannot print from a web page that is important.  Keep getting a message that "an error occured during printing." Web page is secure financial info., so don't know if this is the problem.  HELP! Thank you!
