I have the Bing Bar but Smart Print won't install.

I have an HP Pavilion, Windows 7 Ultimate, Svc Pack 1, 32 Bit, 2 GB RAM, Int Exp 9.  When I try to install the Bing Bar, I'm told I already have it; however, when I then click on the link to install HP Smart Print this little yellow explosion happens on the cursor and I can't complete the process.  I'm lost. Help.
