Incompatib le Ink Cartridges error message, bought new cartridge but still same error message.

Hello Can someone please help, I have purchased a new hp photosmart, model b110a, and new original ink cartridge 364 which came with the new printer. However the message on printer display states "Incompatible Ink Cartridge Please use the SETUP Cartridges that came with the printer"
I then purchased a new ink cartirdge as i assumed the printer cartridge may have been faulty but still receive the same message.
Please advise what else can be done to rectify this problem.
I have checked printer heads etc all is clean and no dust. Many Thanks Yakub.

Omg, the same thing just happened to me! I bought an HP 21/22 combo pack from Best Buy yesterday and I too am getting that error about the color cartridge being incompatible. Sucks. I hate going back to Best Buy for yet another return.
