LaserJet 1022. new driver

I have a LaserJet 1022 and recently got a new laptop using Window 7 - 64 bits. I am unable to locate a new driver.

Use the driver above, it works for me even for printing over a home network..

I tried downloading the driver and it is for the 1020 model of the printer and will not work! the link you gave is not available so any help would be appreciated

You have to change the country to the United Kingdom. It won't work from the US or other countries. When you get the "unable to find..." webpage, go to the country selector and choose the UK..

I have tried the various driver links, even the one from UK, for the laserjet 1022 printer, and none of them work.  I keep getting the message that it is waiting on me to connect the USB link  to my printer.

Here is the 1022 driver. I have also attached a document that shows 3 different install methods for the win7 environment.
