My New 7515 Printer will not print in 2 sided mode.

I have a Photosmart 7515 printer running an HP Pavilion Computer dv6 on Windows 7 in 64 bit mode. It won't print 2 sided even when this mode is selected on the printer. I returned the 1st printer to Costco as I felt that I purchased a defective printer. Now the new one does exactly the same thing. What is the problem, and how do I correct it?

What are you printing from? Adobe, Word, Notepad?

I am merely trying to copy my two sided brokerage statement. Thank you for your prompt response, any help that you can give me to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
