My crossword app has stopped working on my photosmart 7510. No problem with wifi print or other apps

I am having the same problem. I have turned the printer off, and tried to see if it might clear a cached memory but it's just not seeing the crossword as a printable item. It's printing a tiny thin strip thru the middle of the page with a question mark in the middle - a tiny question mark. 

It's not just today's puzzle.. it's all of them.

Help!

Please provide more information since there is more than one crossword puzzle available on different HP printers:

-Is this the Universal Crossword?

---If yes, is it an App on your printer that you subscribed to or do you have an icon on your desktop that has to do with your subscription?

-If it's not the Universal Crossword, what is it titled?

It's the crosswords app on the printer LCD screen. The HP app that says CROSSWORDS.

The crossword app is on my HP printer screen ... and the app is just "crosswords" and when I print it, it says NOTHING but there's a thin stripe thru the middle with a tiny tiny question mark in the middle like it's a broken graphic.

I'm working on finding out more information on that crossword app.

(I only work with the Universal Crossword app that is on some printers.)

I will reply again if I find out more about that app; it might not be until next week.

I have seen other posts on the HP Forum about that app. Have you searched the whole Forum on the word "crossword" to look for a solution?
