Photo Creations closes when I try choose a template/theme for a project.

Suddenly Photo Crations abruptly closes when I click on a theme for a creation.

 

I have used this program in the past with no trouble.

 

I have tried uninstalling, downloading the  latest version and reinstalling to no avail.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I am using a Dell Laptop 1720 with Windows 7, HP Photosmary 8250 printer.

Received an email response from tech support instructing me to call for phone support. Excellent!!! It turns ou that Internet Explorer 9 was the uclprit. Reverting to IE 8 solved the problem. Guess I will wait a while before trying IE 9 again.
