Hello,

For the printer offline issue there is an HP troubleshooting article that can be found here

'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the HP Product Will Not Print

Also I would recommend running the HP Print Scan Doctor to see if it identifes any problems with the connectivity.

Printer power stopped after printing

I have HP Officejet 4500 Desktop printer   (Model G510a).   Can't get green power light to go on.  Printer won't let me get it online.   Can't get cartridge allignment sheet to print.

when i put new cartridge in my HP Officejet 4500 Desktop printer  (Model G510a) the printer alignment sheet will not print.   A sheet of some sort is printed, but when I try to scan it the computer tells me that no alignment sheet is detected???????????

Tried  reinstalling files and it still reads offline, will work with usb cable, but not with network.

Hi,

I have an Officejet J7500 and it is telling me that the printer is offline.

No matter what i try it wont change back. The other printers that are saved on my laptop tell me that they are ready to print?

The officejet is saved as my default devise.

Would be really greatfull for some advice
