Printing Mail and Webpages

My printer is Photosmart C7280 All In One. Recently it has stated to print e-mails and web pages in sections. Regardless of the size of a mail when I go to print preview it shows me a preview of all of the pages to print with a different section of the mail or page centered on the sheet to be printed. A mail which would normally print out on one page would spread over 4 or 5.

 

Normal Word docs or Excel spreadsheets are not affected.

 

While I am on a thing that has bugged me for ages, in HP Properties when I click on Printer services I get the message

 "Unable to perform this operation" 

 

Has anyone come across this before or know how to sort it. I have already reset the printer to factory default settings.

 

I would appreciate any help to resolve these issues.
