Smart Print disappointment!!

Why did they abandon Smart Web (excellant) for the poorly functioning Smart Print on IE 9??

I have to agree.  Smart Print is a complete step backwards.  Cannot clip and save like with Smart Web Printing.  I use twice as much paper.  Wish HP would update Smart Web Printing to work with IE9.

I upgraded and can't get Smart Print to work.  I really liked the clip and save feature and I lost all the things I

saved.  I bought this printer because my new computer wouldn't recognize my perfectly good printer I had before.

I know you just want to keep us buying new printers, but I'm not buying another HP.
