I was using 4.6 version of Smart Print but am now using the latest version 1.1.2.0. The option to Clip and Save is not available. Please advise.

The option isn't there but I've worked round it. It's very much a fiddle but can be done.
If you deselect the area highlighted round the whole page, you can then add individual areas which then show on the preview page. Print this out making sure the top margin (adjusted via the cog icon) is a small one if you're going to clip a lot. Before doing anything else, from your first printed page, physically measure to a point below the printed image. If you then move on to another page, highlight the relevant areas and open the print preview. Click on the cog icon and adjust the top margin to your measurement. Re-insert the original print out and print. Just repeat until you fill the page.
Hope this is what you were after.

Hello,
Thanks so much, there was a little learning curve, but it worked. You rock!
