Tried afain, uninstall hp smart web printing and reinstalled it. now it works.... also if you are using a pop-up blocker then you will need to give permission to allow this site access. it will come up as a smaller secondary window and print like the old windows mail did.

Smart Print doesn't work in IE10.  Sometimes it will open & resize the page, but there's no option to print or preview.

If you then try to print, you get both the original page & the resized one superimposed on each other making it totally unreadable.
