I just installed Smart Web Printing and the installation completed without problem but I don't get the leaf icon I need to open the Clip Book. After installation I closed IE (8.0.6001) and reopened a couple of times and the second time I did Clip Book was already open and I used it to select and print, so I know the software was installed. However, still no leaf icon in IE. I even restarted the computer, but still no leaf icon. If I don't have a leaf icon how do I open the Clip Book to use the software? Please help!

If you go to tools> managed add-ons and make sure SWP is enabled then close the application. On the lower tool bar (home page) go to Tools> toolbars and customise, there you should find the quick launch icon where you can add it to the tool bar, I would remove unwanted ones first then add what you want, I would also move them up above tools. Regards Job

I also have followed these instructions to have an icon appear, as it shows that the icon is available but it still does not show on the screen. When I first brought up IE there was a display to the left of the screen, but when I x'd out of it I can no longer print that screen back up. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

I did all the fixes listed here and on other similar threads without success. I then found another step was needed.
Right-click on the toolbar area and select "Customize" from the drop-down menu, then select "Add or Remove Commands". In the Customize Toolbar window, select the HP Smart Web icon from the list on the left and ADD it to the list on the right for Current Toolbar Buttons. Click on the Close button (not the Reset button).
I then needed to again right-click in the toolbar area to "Unlock" the toolbars so I could adjust the position of the the Comand Bar so the leaf icon slid into view, then I "Locked' the toolbars to keep it there.
