Smart Web Printing not working after IE8 Installed.

OK, so I know that IE8 isn't supported, but I uninstalled IE8 after I realised that it had broken Smart Web Printing. So I am back to IE7.0 on Windows XP Home.  Now Smart Web Printing still won't work.  The strange behaviour is that the Icon on the toolbar is there but without the little options drop down arrow to the right of it.  I have tried installing the latest version (4.51), but it still won't work.  Any ideas what has gone wrong or how to fix it?  I really like this utility and it is really annoying now that I can't use it anymore.
