ON MY HP PAVILION DV2000 I CAN NOT BRING UP THE HP SMART WEB PRINT PROGRAM WHEN I CLICK ON THE SMART PRINT ICON ON MY TOOLBAR NOTHING HAPPENS

 Even though this is an older post I wanted to check in since I came across it. Are you using internet explorer? Is it versions 6-9? If so, I have found that uninstalling it and reinstalling both the Bing bar and HP smart print will correct the problem. I am currently running IE 9 my self.
