  Hi ,I didn't fully down load my printer right ,What do I have to do start allover again?

Are you still needing assistance? What browser do you primarily use? What version of the browser do you have? 

HP Smart Print has replaced HP Smart web Printing and is only available on IE versions 6-9; 32 bit.
