How do I know if my IE browser is 32-bit or 64-bit?

Solution

HP Smart Print is a new program replacing HP Smart Web Printing. HP Smart Print is supported in Internet Explorer, version 9 and earlier (32-bit IE versions only).

Our internet went down due to a faulty modem.  Once repaired, I have lost all incons from my printer including the smart print feature.  How do I restore this?  Please advise.
