Where is the HP Smart Web Printing button in the browser toolbar.??

I have vista with IE 8 and had the same problem, Under view select explorer bar,,then place a check in HP Smart Printing,

Sp far I'm good . Hope this helps,,,,,someone

This is the problem lot of people are having with hp smart web printing icon. if you close it by mistake, you may be able to get it back from the toolbar and go to the customized button. much of the time its hiding at the right side behind the question mark,on the sign that look like rewind button. click on that to the right. and click on the green leaf sign.

For IE8, To Add The Icon In The Command Bar, (Where The Icons Are To The Top Left)  

Right Click, In An Empty Space Anywhere Next To The "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help" Menus or In An Empty Space Next To The Tabs.

THEN Go To "Customize" Then Click "Add or Remove Commands..." 

You Will Find It To The Left In There, Just Add It! And Its There!

Hi all,

People experiencing problems with SWP version 4.6 and IE8 should firstly try reinstalling the program, this has been found to fix the problem in a couple of situations.

I also had a thought the some people might think that SWP is not working on IE8 because the SWP (Leaf) Icon does not appear on the toolbar anymore.  If this is the case then the SWP (Leaf) Icon can be found on the far right of the screen by clicking on the >> sysmbol and then the SWP (Leaf) Icon appears at the edge of the screen.

my problem with SWP is not where to locate it ,it was working fine up to a week ago,my problem is with the font sice,you go to edth and adjust the font sice from 100% to 500% it show's you how it will look at a100% or at 500% on the screen but then you click PRINT and the result is a copy that you can't even read using your glass and a magnyfier,i've deleted the program and re-downloaded it the same result and it is the same on my 2 pc one running WIN.7 and the other running WIN.VISTA.SP2 i gues the next step is flushing the program until they come up with a fix.

Smart Web Printing is installed.  At one time I had the button on my toolbar, however, it is no longer there.

How can I get it back?  I was told by someone to click on the << at the end of the toolbar, however, I don't have that << anymore either......

i do'nt see any solution to my problem,so i did fix it myself,i flush the ole thing down the tube,maybe in a couple of years when the problem is solve,i will redownload and try it again,meanwhile at least i've got peace of mind,have a good day,ANDY

This definitely worked. It is now under the double right-pointing arrows to the far right of the screen.

My  Smart print bar was always there up until a couple of days ago -  I've been reading stuff online about it & tried different things and nothing seems to work.  I've tried reinstalling it many times only to be told it's already installed.  But it doesn't show up in any list of toolbars enabled or not - the lists will show the regular bing bar, but that's not what I need for smart print.  Any help would be Greatly Appreciated.!!
