Will HP smart web printing be update for IE9 and FF6.0 a day?

I'm very disappointed for this tool doesn't work with IE9 and FireFox 5.0 and 6.0

An update would be appreciate, and not for Christmas, if I can say so.

BTW, I find out HP not cool on this subject.

Lot of people ask for this update, your customers don't look good to you???

Please be aware that this forum is a peer to peer support forum, it is not a direct link to HP support.

 

HP Smart Web Printing has been replaced by HP Smart Printing, it supports IE6-IE9.

But what about FIREFOX? Nothing?

I think HP doesn't care his customers a lot, instead I've understood that it's a peer to peer forum and that is not HP who answer questions.

I'm sure it isn't a lot of work to make the tool HP smart printing working for Firefox. Firefox is using by a lot of HP's customers, all around the world, because they don't like IE. So the tool must be adapt for this browser too.

OK, it works now for IE9, but it tooks a lot of time to make this minor update (June 2011 !), for IE9 was out for almost a year before HP reacts.

I'm not sure to believe in HP like I did before, because HP is not a serious company I think now.

It's the same thing with Apple Air Print, who works with the news HP's printers Photosmart, but zero update for HP Photosmart Premium c309g which need just an update to work with it...

It's just for profit, and make the customers to buy another printer, but mine is too new for replace just for AirPrint (less than one year) so that is need just an update to work with.

Sorry for the bad english I use, but I'm a frenchy woman.
