Will someone at HP please give us some help with Smart Print.

Obviously there are some installation problems that need to be addressed by HP. With so many of us getting ulcers trying to get SP to run, HP needs to come out with some better instructions....How complicated can a program be??? I would think HP and Microsoft would want us to use the program!!!   How do we get HP to help???           techibob9

This is techibob9..........I think my problem is that I have Internet Explorer 9, 64 bit....From what I can find, all the IE9 downloads for Windows 7 were 64 bit (am I correct?)...If so, why was Smart Print configured to run on IE9 32 bit???   makes a lot of sense!!    Should I just give up until Microsoft makes more changes, or is there some secret way to get Smart Print operating?
