I'm trying to order photos that were sent to me using Photosmart. Unfortunately they are BMP and I need to convert them to JPG. I know that I did it in he past but didn't write the instructions down. I thought that I would remember them, wrong again. Please help. Thanks

Hello muni
Unless you used some 3rd party program you can convert the pictures with Microsoft paint. Just open it in paint and choose "Save as" and choose jpeg. The downside to this method is you must convert each photo manually.
Just a friendly reminder jpeg is lower quality than BMP.
If that doesn't help I hope you remember how you converted your photos previously.

Hi Muni.
You can also import BMP files directly into HP Photo Creations. That lets you order prints or print at home without converting first. Unlike web-based photo software, HP Photo Creations works directly with the photos on your computer so you don't have to convert and upload first.
HP Photo Creations is a free download at www.hp.com/go/hppc.
Hope this helps,
