photosmart 2610 uk spec. need to re-configure to accept australian cartridge

I have a UK spec Photosmart 2610. I have recently moved to Aus and tried to install Austrailian bought cartridges (HP). The printer will not function, apparrently I need to reconfigure the printer to accept. Anybody got any ideas how? Thanks.

Hi,

In order to reset the printer for a different region, you will need to contact the local phone support and you will be guided with any required steps to pulll the required data:
