Help! My printer just stopped printing website pages. It's a good thing that it's Christmas Break because I use my computer for online college classes and I'm printing from websites all the time. Hopefully you can help. Here's my printer and computer info and the error message:
HP Photosmart Premium series C309g.
Windows 7 64 bit
Error Message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line 2107
Char 1
Error Unspecified
Code 0
URL res://ieframe.dll/preview.js
The only change I can think of that I made to my computer is that I uninstalled an online game. I can't remember exactly when I did this, but it was about the same time I started having print problems.
Thanks in advance,
dreese12

A little more information that I just remembered...
I normally use internet explorer as my browser but I installed firefox around November. I can print with firefox, not with internet explorer.
Yes, I can switch and use firefox, but what if something happens to it also?
Thanks for any ideas you might have.
