smart print doesnt work [ Edited ]

windows 7 64-bit

bing bar installed

it says i need to install the latest version of smart print for it to work in browser

and asks me to click on a link to the hp download page

i click on the link

i dont see any option to download the latest version

i click on the start now button and something happens

then i try using smart print again and it says once again that i need to install the latest version

i've tried disableing then re renabling bing bar

i've shut down and restarted the computer

nothing works

I have tried for two days on and off. did everything by the HP book. First time I did and it worked but after during some updates the Smart Print icon in the command bar did not work. Back to drawing board. Uninstalled and reinstalled Smart Print Software from HP website. then followed steps - opened 32 bit IE9 but no Smart print Icon in Command bar. Tried everithing but no IKON. Let me know if someone has broken the code.

Ps. Hp clearly does not have it together on this one and a lot of their stuff on line still shows the rescinded Smart Web printinf info. Sloppy! and why not IE9 64 bit. Hp wants to lure us into using Bing tool bar by making us download and install it,  but can't deliver. Just venting
