I will need a little more information in order to help out. Is it not showing a print preview after you have made your selections on the page as to what to print and what to leave out? Or is the Smart Print icon not coming up/offering the Icon to do the editing once you load the page on the browser and have found the content on that page you want to print? Or when you push the smart print icon, is the web page itself disappearing?
