update web printing software (to version 4.51) FALIURE!!

when I click the icon in IE for web print, it says HP smart web printing must be updated, and would I like to go to the site to get the updated version. I click yes and it takes me to HP web print site to install update version 4.51. I install, and follow the install & setup guide.  Once it dowloads and starts the install process, I get a error message that says the following:

"Some files that need to be updated are curently in use. The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Close these applications, and click retry to continue."

The applications it is talking about is Internet Explorer and it says "(Process ID:6068)", and HP Smart Web Printing add-on for Internet Explorer and says "(Process ID:5460)". So far what I have done is just close IE and retry and that one dissapears, but dont know what the other one is and how to close it? I tried clicking ignore and it just comes back up. The HP printer I recently bought is the HP Deskjet F4440 (All In One). I am using Internet Eplorer 8, and running on Windows Vist Home Premium. I would really like to use this feature, so if you have any info on what I can do Please Help!

Open Task Manager

End any task that starts with "hpswp".  These are the "add-ons".

Install should allow you to continue.

I would suggest to uninstall the current SMART WEB PRINTING.
