wont print off the web

I have an all in one HP photosmart D5160. I've done a test page and prints fine. but when I want to print something off microsoft works for my resume it does not print. just blank paper. everything seems to work, and paper comes out blank...help anyone????

Is it only on microsoft works that printed just blank paper? Since the printer could print a test page it might be an issue on your Microsoft Works application. But, before you contact the Microsoft support for the issue(1 800 936 4900) I would advice you to try printing from different application on your computer. Try printing from your Notepad or from your Wordpad(or even from your emails), if these application could print, then we could conclude that this would be a problem on your Microsoft Works.

Please update this thread for the status of the issue, if it is resolved or unresolved.

it wont even print off the web. I dont understand it. if it can print out a test page and now nothing from notepad or even the web, what now???

I have tried updating driver for this printer and still nothing. it does print out the chat session from dell but not from my microsoft word pad. just prints blank pages
