Does any one else see this? Or is it something my computer is doing?
It happens to me whenever I try to upload my proof of purchase to Arvato, -
I've sent Arvato an e-mail about this - but haven't heard back from them yet.
Here's what I see:

Hello,
Any assistance is appreciated resolving this problem I have.
I go to the URL
https://www.hpwindows7upgrade.arvato.com/north_ame
I have an order and the I type in my order number. My order displays. I was notified Aug 8 that I needed to upload a jpg copy of the sales receipt and not the serial number bar code. I got the following error when I clicked on the upload button. I called on the 8th and was told to wait 2 hrs because they were doing mtce on the order system. It is now the 12th and I am still getting the same message. I called 877-280-2279 again today on the 12th. gave the person my order number and verified my name. I started to read her this error message and she disconnected my call. I need help please. Hanging up on the customer is unacceptable.
thank you.

Hi John,
I'm getting the same thing - for weeks now. At least it's good to know the problem is not with my computer. I was starting to think maybe it was because no body at Arvato would acknowledge to me that there was a problem going on with their server.
Here's my reply from Moses at Arvato:

Okay John - I went to check the upload feature at the 'Track your order' page and got this:
The web site is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Please try to access the site again later.
That's the first time in at least three weeks that I have been able to read anything except -
