Upgrade Program for Window 7

I have a HP6930P and HP J6410. I have successfully upgraded from Vista to  Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. All works fine on prinitng front but HP Solution Center fails and I cannot scan. I went on HP site and downloaded HP Solution Center 13.00 but the Install sequence does not pop up. When I click on the HP Solution Centre icon a message pops up that the device installation is not complete. How do I properly install this?

I have information that tells me that I get a free windows 7 upgrade. I found this post reiterating that and customer support tells me that I don't. What and how do I get this update. Vista is driving me crazy!

Oh sure! NOW that the program is LONG expired, NOW that the free upgrade is no longer offered, NOW that Win7 is available only for PURCHASE .... NOW your f....ing software is going to spam me every month about upgrading to Win7.

I bought my pavillian p6120f  on october 3 2009 from fry's,  it came with Vista but said I could get a windows 7 upgrade what do I need to do to get the upgrade

hola, estuve viendo la pagina de hp y e d cuenta de qe mi computadora se encuentra  la lista de las lap a las que se supone hp regalara la actalizacion a windows 7, sin embargo no puedo realizalo como le hago? llego hasta el paso de verificacion de modelo.

...So i installed Windows 7 home premium ,myself. why the truth is not recognised on this computer. has there been a rejection from HP toward it ? (maybe this is more an issue for consumer concerns or a news station.) what is the denial about ? no viruses just hp interference with my personal windows 7 upgrade.

Why have I never heard of this?  I seen so information last week about this for the first time.  Where can I find out if mine was eligable for this upgrade?  I am upset about this.

Hello, watched page HP and e d qe account my computer is the list of the lap to the supposed hp give away the actalizacion to windows 7, however I can not so do it as do you? I get the step verification of model.
