Hoping someone here might be able to give me some help
Basically, bought a new HP laptop on the 4th of August, and when i first tried to register for the upgrade, it said my laptop (or similar) was not in the database, now it says i dont have the correct version of Vista, but i do have Home Premium.

Arvato has a contact email. Send them a message and the problem will be resolved.
Yeah did that. Took a week for them to send me an email asking me to describe my problem, which I already had done in the original email.
