£21.99 is not free. That is how much i would be charged if i was to order the 'free' upgrade to windows 7. When buying my laptop in the store i chose to buy the more expensive one (with home premium) rather than home basic. This was because i was told that i would be eligible for a free upgrade. Why advertise a free upgrade when it is not free?

yaa I also bought a Hp laptop a month ago. i thought i can upgrade it to Windows 7 after the launch and it said free upgrade.
but now it costing 21 pounds. this is a like cheating us.i should have waited for the windows 7 launch and by it after the launch.
now I'm feeling like cheated.21 pounds is not free HP. In future i have to double think when i buy a HP product.
