Did you receive an email, and does your tracking number work?

My status went to Shipped today, finally... Though, I got no email, and the tracking number can't be found.

I'm in the  same boat as you....... the tracking number will not work until the delivery is well on it's way. If it has a tracking number, it just means that it's in the hands of DHL/USPS (or whoever is handling your delivery). Don't worry, hopefully, HP will send a confirmation email shortly, let's just keep our collective fingers crossed....

Haven't recieved my confirmation email as get but, on the web link for DHL (the one that takes you to the tracking page) they've posted something that will be periodically updated, you should check it right now......

Arvato told me they ship my window7 4 weeks ago,but they cant give me a tracking number,the number they gave me is not good!I have write to the mail company and they told me that the number Arvato gave me is not a good one and Arvato keep telling me since 4 weeks that they have ship it,but it seem lost in space and they cant give me any information,just telling me that they are sorry that my shipment is lost and thats it!And HP keep washing their hands on Arvato's back...should have buy a Dell,took my daughter 3 weeks to get her upgrade for them.

its almost a month now, since my stauts is SHIPPED but haven receive anithing yet.. they are just keep askin me to wait wait wait wait and wait.....

I have been trying to get Free Windows 7 upgrade since before it was available when I bought my HP pavillionp6142pdesktop computer bundle with free Windows upgrade on 09/23/2009 and can't get it OKd I sent in all the proof of purchase etc and it said it was accepted I checked on it later and it said it was rejected . What do I do now

call up arvato or hp and tell them your situation (that is a system error that a number of people have had)

Call Arvato and ask them to take another look at your POP. If it has the right details on it they will approve it. Mine was denied, the same day I went to the store and got a new copy and after 24 days of waiting (it was stuck in "pending" status) I called them.  The person approved it and my order was "in process" not too long after.
