Did you receive an email, and does your tracking number work?
My status went to Shipped today, finally... Though, I got no email, and the tracking number can't be found.

I'm in the same boat as you....... the tracking number will not work until the delivery is well on it's way. If it has a tracking number, it just means that it's in the hands of DHL/USPS (or whoever is handling your delivery). Don't worry, hopefully, HP will send a confirmation email shortly, let's just keep our collective fingers crossed....

I have been trying to get Free Windows 7 upgrade since before it was available when I bought my HP pavillionp6142pdesktop computer bundle with free Windows upgrade on 09/23/2009 and can't get it OKd I sent in all the proof of purchase etc and it said it was accepted I checked on it later and it said it was rejected . What do I do now

Call Arvato and ask them to take another look at your POP. If it has the right details on it they will approve it. Mine was denied, the same day I went to the store and got a new copy and after 24 days of waiting (it was stuck in "pending" status) I called them. The person approved it and my order was "in process" not too long after.
