the msg when i open cyber link 3.5 is:

no webcam detected.try plugging in a webcam in to your computer now. if u are using an integrated cam make sure that is turned on.

It's the cable that connects to your webcam...mine didn't work...I did all the downloads/unistalls/reinstalls/reboots/etc and nothing worked. Figured out how to take the frame off around the monitor and the cable was loose to the cam. Pushed it back in, put the frame back on, turned the laptop on (Pavilion dv7) and voila! My camera works! So simple!
