There's a problem with using the LJ 1015 fix on my computer - my Windows 7 computer doesn't have an HP LaserJet 1015 driver. The lowest-numbered LJ driver is 2200 Series PCL5.
Any other suggestions on how to get my 1012 running again?

Many of you are expressing gratitude for being helped. However it is not clear to me exactly which instructions you are referring to. Could someone copy and paste the exact instructions that helped you. Thank you.

" insert \\Computer\Printer where Computer is the desktop the printer is attached to, and Printer is the name of the shared printer."
Can someone give me an example of how they responded to this? I'm not understanding what to put in the \\computer\printer box. I entered my HP laptop model\lj1012 and got some server related message that it couldn't find it.
