Call Arvato. Only they can answer that, and you prob should call to inquire.

My win 7 64 bit is still at accepted (10/23/09 order ) and my win 7 32 bit (10/27/09) has been moved to in process.

Win 64bit was accepted on 11/04/09

Win 32bit was accepted on 11/09/09 and moved to in process on 11/17/09

Re: lost in the crack between HP and Arvato?

There are orders placed in September that are still Accepted too. You're very lucky to have even an order placed in late October set to In Process already.

Is the one that's In Process for a laptop or a desktop computer? That might be the only explanation as to why it's In Process already.

You just have to wait. Arvato has said they plan to ship all orders accepted by the end of October this coming week (on Wednesday).

But, if anything, be happy you have an order In Process because there's many of us who orderred their kits before you who are still just Accepted.

Re: lost in the crack between HP and Arvato?

Win 7 64 bit is for a desktop.

Win 7 32 bit is for a laptop.Originail receit was denied. So I contact HP through registration e-mail and my order went to accepted. Then for some strange reason it went to in process pretty fast. Go figure! I think HP and MS need to make a public apology, because they have extra large eggs on there faces.

PS: As of today 64 bit is still accepted. WTF. Excuse me, I should not talk like that.

Re: lost in the crack between HP and Arvato?

The Windows 7 Upgrade program through Arvato Digital is the biggest sham I have ever seen.  It is run by total imcompetents.  If you ordered in July don't expect to receive your order until mid-December.  At least that is what Arvato is telling me today.  Even though they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped, via DHL, on 27 November and it would take 3 to 5 business days.  However, when I call to find out where my upgrade is I am told that it was shipped by USPS and would take 5 to 10 days.  When I called today I am told that I should receive it on 15 December.

These people have done nothing but lie about the status.  And, as a matter of fact, my Status/Tracking page has not changed since July.

HP should be ashamed and jump in the middle of this, as far as I am concerned HP does bear some responsibility.
