no audio on dv8225nr with windows 7

I have upgarded my HP Pavilion dv8225nr to windows 7. Is there anyone that knows were I can get the audio driver for my laptop? I have searched on HP, Realtek, Conexant, MIcrosoft but none of the drivers I have tried worked out.

There are the details from device manager:

Multimedia Audio Device
