A few Keyboard shortcuts

There are many more but these may be helpful navigating when you don't have a tablet running W8 CP

 

Win+I this will bring up the sidebar with power icon

 

Win+Z then Enter= all apps

 

Win+F Open Sidebar with Files search

 

Win+X Limited start menu popup(lower left corner)

 

Win+H Share sidebar

 

Win+K Devices sidebar

 

Win+P Second Screen Sidebar

 

Win+W Open Sidebar with Settings Search

 

Win+Q Open sidebar with apps search

 

Win+C Main Sidebar and Time-Date

 

ESC takes you to the legacy Desktop (may not work until you load the legacy desktop for the first time using

Desktop Tile or Win+D after logging in.

 

Win toggle between Metro and legacy desktops (may not work until you load the legacy desktop for the first time using Desktop Tile or Win+D after logging in.

 

These also work on the legacy desktop, all but Win+Z

what is the keyboard shortcut to get your computer product, and serial no.? i used to know it for my last HP desktop, but have since forgotten??
